Really nice beds in our guest room. Lovely functional bathroom. Quiet and decent location, close to subway station with lines directly accessing the most important touristic places.

The hotel's position was comfortable, so close to grocery stores, central London and the train station and food outlets. The continental breakfast was my favourite. The services were very good.

Had good sleep at the double room with toiletries, three single beds, for example. The location was good, I reached the metro within 10 mins walk on foot.

The continental breakfast was offered with orange juice and slice of bread & butter and jam. The room we had included luggage storage and a hair dryer. It was a good location for us, near a quiet, beautiful square, close to the tube and most tourist attractions and the centre of town.
The staff were not very welcoming, didn't expect that coming.

I had the double room and it was newly decorated. The staff were very polite and courteous and were around whole time. The hotel was in a central setting extremely close to Earls Court tube.
